The Model Y received the Juniper facelift in 2025, and for carbon fiber that is no small detail: the front and rear bumpers are different, so parts are not interchangeable between the two generations. That is exactly where online buying goes wrong. That is why they are listed separately below.
Which generation do you have?
Look at the front. The Model Y from 2021 through 2024 has the familiar rounded nose with a continuous headlight shape. The Juniper from 2025 has a tighter nose with a full-width light bar. Not sure? Use the license plate lookup on the site: it retrieves your model year from the RDW and sends you to the right generation.

The complete set
If you would rather not put it together piece by piece, there is the complete widebody kit. It contains the parts that were designed together, so the lines run through from front to rear. This is the biggest job and the biggest investment; the product page lists exactly what is in the set.
Delivery: sea freight or air express
RevoZport makes every part to order in Taiwan. For the bigger jobs, you choose how it gets here. Sea freight takes roughly eight to ten weeks and is the sharpest price. Air express arrives in two to three weeks, but air freight for a large carbon fiber part simply costs considerably more. You see both options with their price on the product page itself, so you can weigh up what you want per part. Smaller parts ship by air express as standard, because the difference there is only a few tens of euros.
Installation in Elburg
Carbon fiber does not fit itself. RevoZport's fitment is good, but aligning, degreasing and bonding demand precision, and a misplaced part is something you will see for the rest of your life. We have our own workshop in Elburg. Check the installation service on the product page and we will contact you after your order to schedule an appointment. For the Juniper there is a complete widebody kit. For the 2021 through 2024 version we carry individual parts, not a complete kit.
What material are the parts made of?
RevoZport works with prepreg dry carbon: fabric with a pre-measured amount of resin that cures under pressure and heat. That gives a higher fiber-to-resin ratio than hand-laid wet carbon, so lighter at the same strength and a tighter surface.
How long does delivery take?
For the larger parts, you choose. Sea freight takes roughly eight to ten weeks and is the sharpest price. Air express arrives in two to three weeks.
