Returns.

As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after the day of receipt without giving any reason, unless a statutory exception applies. After registering your return, you have another 14 days to send the product back.

During that period, you may unpack and assess the product as you would in a store. If you go beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product, we may deduct a reasonable amount for diminished value from the amount to be refunded.

When you exercise the right of withdrawal, you will receive the order amount paid, including the standard shipping costs of the original delivery. You arrange and pay for the return shipment yourself, unless Dynoforce is responsible for a wrongly delivered, damaged or defective product. This also applies to large parts delivered by courier: you return these yourself or arrange collection yourself. If you are unsure how to go about this, call or email us and we will think along with you.

Return the product complete, with all supplied accessories and, where reasonably possible, in the original packaging. You are responsible for proper packaging and the return shipment. We advise shipping with tracking and, for valuable products, with insurance. Keep the proof of shipment until the return has been fully processed.

We process your return as soon as we have received the package. Upon receipt, we check the product for completeness, damage, installation and modification. Products returned after being installed, painted, drilled or otherwise modified can no longer be sold as new. In that case, we will deduct a reasonable amount for diminished value.

We will refund the amount due within 14 days of your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we have received the product or until you have demonstrated that the product has actually been returned to Dynoforce.

Digital products such as software licenses, activation codes and downloads cannot be returned after delivery if you agreed in advance to immediate delivery and the waiver of your right of withdrawal. Products that have been custom-made, modified, painted or personalized especially for you cannot be returned either.

Would you like to exchange your product? No problem. Contact us at info@dynoforce.nl. For exchanges, you also bear the costs of returning the product yourself.
