ARD (ADRO Racing Division) is ADRO's motorsport engineering program, developed for drivers who want more from their car on track. The undervanes are the part most aero kits ignore entirely. The underside of the car is where the biggest aerodynamic gains are available, and it's exactly where most kits do nothing.
Six vanes are strategically positioned under the G87 M2's chassis to transform underbody airflow. They generate large-scale vortices that dramatically increase suction on the underside, pulling the car toward the tarmac with measurable force. At the same time, they direct airflow outward, preventing stagnation under the center section and maintaining high-speed flow toward the rear diffuser. As part of the complete ARD Aero Package, the system generates 2555 N (260 kg) of downforce at 180 km/h, a 1254% increase over the M2's stock 189 N.
Made from prepreg carbon fiber: light, stiff, and resistant to stone chips and heat on the underside of the car. Prepreg holds the vane geometry precisely in place, since a vane that flexes under load generates a different vortex than the one it was designed for.
